Terms of Service
These terms apply to GreatEDU on Great Education.
Accounts
- GreatEDU accounts are for parents and legal guardians aged 18 or over. You are responsible for the information you add about your children and for keeping your password safe.
- The primary parent / guardian manages the family account. Details of a second parent / guardian may be recorded but do not give that person access.
Subscription
- Creating an account is free. Tracking and learning features need an active subscription.
- The family plan costs ₹49 per month and includes one child or ₹499/year (save ₹89). Each additional child costs ₹29 per month, for the same period as the family plan; add-ons bought mid-period are prorated for the remaining time.
- Each payment is a one-time payment for the period shown at checkout. Subscriptions never renew or charge automatically.
- Paid access starts only after the payment provider's confirmation has been verified. Prices you have agreed to stay the same for your current period.
- When a subscription ends, tracking features pause. Your data is not deleted; you can view and export it, and access resumes after payment.
- Child-profile details can be changed 2 times per calendar month (site timezone). This does not limit everyday tracking.
Acceptable use
Use GreatEDU only to support your own family. Do not upload content you do not have the right to share, and do not attempt to access other families' information. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
No guarantees
GreatEDU is a tool to help families notice and encourage positive habits. It does not guarantee any academic, behavioural or other outcome. Growth, vitals and BMI features are for personal tracking only and are not medical advice.
