What can my child win?

The 1st prize is ₹10,000, the 2nd prize is ₹5,000 and the 3rd prize is ₹3,000. 10 more winners receive ₹1,000 each. Cash prizes are subject to the contest rules and eligibility checks. Eligible participants receive a participation certificate. Not every participant receives a cash prize.

How do I enter?

Record your child's talent video, upload it to a supported platform using your own (parent or guardian) account, copy the video link, and paste it into the registration form on this page. You will get a confirmation e-mail with your registration ID.

Do I need a GreatEDU subscription?

Yes. Registration is open to parents and guardians with an active GreatEDU subscription. Log in to your GreatEDU account to see the form.

Can I share a Google Drive link?

Yes, if Google Drive, Dropbox, OneDrive or another drive is listed as a platform in the form. Set the sharing to "anyone with the link can view", otherwise our reviewers cannot open it.

Does my child need a social media account?

No. Parents or legal guardians record, upload and register. Children do not need to create any account.

Which platforms can I use?

Supported: YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, X, Google Drive, Dropbox, OneDrive or other drive link. The link must open for our reviewers without signing in. If a platform's privacy settings stop us from watching the video, you may be asked to change the setting or send a link from another approved platform.

Can I send more than one entry for my child?

No. This contest accepts one entry per child. The same video link cannot be registered twice.

What happens after I register?

You receive a confirmation e-mail. Our team checks the entry and may ask you to correct something (for example a link that does not open). Approved entries are eligible for judging. Winners are announced as described in the rules.

How are winners chosen?

Judges score each approved entry on creativity and originality, skill and execution, presentation and effort, and relevance to the talent category. Public likes, views, followers or shares are not used to choose winners.

Will GreatEDU publish my child's name or video?

No. Nothing about your child is published automatically. GreatEDU uses a child's name, video link or talent in its promotional material only if you tick the separate, optional promotional consent. Saying no does not affect the entry.

My video link does not open for the team. What should I do?

Check that the video is public or unlisted and opens in a private browser window without signing in. If we cannot open it, we will e-mail you a private link to correct the entry.

Can my business or school sponsor the contest?

Yes, with thanks. Use the "Join hands" form on this page to tell us how you would like to encourage young talents. Sponsorship is voluntary and does not influence judging.

How do I contact the contest team?

Write to support@greatedu.in and quote your registration ID.

Privacy and parental consent

Only a parent or legal guardian can register a child. Taking part never gives GreatEDU automatic permission to use a child’s name, video or image in advertising: that needs the separate, optional promotional consent on the form.

What we collect

  • The parent or guardian's name, e-mail address and mobile number; the child's first name or contest display name, age, state and city; the video link, talent category and description; and your consents. School name and extra notes are optional.
  • We do not ask for a child's date of birth, home address, social media accounts or private contact details, and we ask you not to put them in your entry.

How we use it

  • To run the contest: to check entries, contact you, judge, announce winners, pay prizes and issue certificates.
  • Reviewers open your video link on the original platform. GreatEDU does not copy or republish the video.
  • Your child's name, video or photo are not published on our website. We only use them in our promotional material if you gave the separate, optional promotional consent.

Who can see it

  • Only authorised GreatEDU administrators and designated reviewers. Your contact details are never shown publicly.

How long we keep it

  • We keep entries and sponsor enquiries for 30 days after the winners are announced, and then delete them. You can ask us to delete yours earlier.

  • Write to the contest contact address to ask for a copy of your data, a correction, withdrawal of the promotional consent, or deletion of the entry.

Legal review

  • The contest will be governed by the applicable laws of India.
  • Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
